About these terms
These terms cover use of the website and the quotation-enquiry process. Any service booking is also governed by the scope, price and practical arrangements confirmed directly with you.
Prices and quotations
Published starting point: From £18 including VAT. This is not a guaranteed flat price. The complete price depends on the property, window count, storeys, access, frequency, condition and services requested, and will be confirmed before work begins.
Availability
Basildon, Brentwood and Billericay are primary service areas. All work remains subject to route capacity, property assessment and booking confirmation. A website enquiry does not create a booking.
Service specification
Your quotation states the surfaces and services included. Frames, sills, doors, glass panels, conservatory glass and any other requested extras are included only when expressly listed.
Access and property information
Please provide accurate information about storeys, extensions, gates, restricted access and window condition. Exterior photos should avoid people, number plates and unnecessary private information.
Bookings and changes
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. The visit is arranged only after the scope, complete price, availability and relevant access arrangements have been agreed. If weather or another practical issue affects an agreed visit, the next step will be discussed with you.

Website information is provided to explain the service and enquiry process. Area pages indicate locations where route enquiries are welcome, not separate branches or guaranteed availability.
External services
WhatsApp, Messenger, social networks and email services operate under their own terms and privacy information.
