Who controls your information
Pro Window Cleaning is responsible for information supplied for window-cleaning enquiries. Privacy questions can be sent to prowindowcleaninguk@gmail.com.
Information collected
The enquiry forms can collect names, telephone numbers, email addresses, towns, postcodes, property details, access notes, service preferences, messages and optional property photographs. The forms also contain a honeypot field to reduce spam.
Why information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess route availability, prepare quotations, arrange requested services and maintain records needed to handle the enquiry or agreed work.
How form information is sent
The website prepares an email addressed to prowindowcleaninguk@gmail.com. On mobile, it opens your email app; on desktop, it displays a copyable version of the enquiry. The website does not claim that an enquiry has been delivered until you send that email.
Photographs
Only send exterior property photographs needed for the quotation. Avoid including people, vehicle number plates, neighbouring private areas or other unnecessary personal information.
Services used to communicate
Your email provider, the business email provider, website host, WhatsApp and Messenger may process information under their own privacy terms when you choose to use them.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide an agreed service or meet legal and record-keeping requirements. You can request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing us. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

This website does not currently enable analytics or non-essential cookies.
